Dining at the Miho Museum. Uses bio-dynamically grown vegetables. On the menu are dishes like noodles and spaghetti, natural-yeast bread, organic coffee, tea and wine. Sep 2016 reported no longer using fish stock.

Great weekend hideout! - Edit
About an hour from downtown Kyoto, up in a mountain in Shoga prefecture.
This museum is 95% hidden into the mountain in order to feel the oneness with nature.... Amazing architecture!!
All the dishes are bio-dynamically grown and the taste so good!!
When you order spaghetti ask for a bit of olive oil (amazingly good!! They don't sell it in anywhere!!)
