Amazing place

We loved the peace cafe and went there multiple times during our stay in siem reap: the food is great, service is really friendly and they have a whole philosophy that’s really nice with a sustainable shop, yoga classes, etc
We did the vegetarian cooking class with them as well and it was just amazing : you get to learn Cambodian recipes in a very nice room upstairs, all is very sanitary and it’s a great memory to take home😄

Pros: Great atmosphere

The best place in Siem Reap

We especially remember the super friendly staff of the Peace Café. We were always extraordinarily kindly received and competently advised during our numerous visits to the restaurant. Many dishes on the menu are vegan. And every single one of them that we tried was completely convincing. Peace Café is a non-profit venue that focuses on regional Cambodian fair trade products and supports small local artists. In addition to the delicious food, they offer daily cooking classes for $22 per person (all dishes are vegan and you get to take the recipes home), yoga classes for $6 per person, and free language classes. The store also sells many authentic trinkets and souvenirs of all kinds.

The Peace Café definitely made our stay in Siem Reap special. If you happen to be in Siem Reap, you must pay the café a visit.

Pros: Friendly staff, Tasty food, Additional services

Beautiful place and tasty warming food

Had an absolutely beautiful dinner here today. The setting was peaceful with lots of greenery and lovely messages on the walls - looks like they do great charity and community work too. The smoothies were delicious and had the perfect thickness.
I had the Khmer Red Curry which was great, mild spice but very flavourful. My partner had the chickpea and pineapple stir fry which was also brilliant. We left there discussing how wonderful we felt as well as the tasty food.
The staff were incredibly lovely and warm.

Thoroughly recommend! Wish we were staying longer in the area so we could visit more.

Pros: Beautiful ambience, Tasty cheap and wholesome food, Lovely staff

Amazing restaurant

We ate here twice and both times it was great. There are lots of vegan options (clearly marked on the menu), plus vegan desserts. The food was good but the desserts where our favourite.

Everything is reasonably priced (~$3-4 for main meals). The staff are very lovely and polite.

The only con would be the waiting time for food is a little long, but I think they only have one person in the kitchen, and it’s not an outrageous wait.

They also offer vegetarian cooking class, free yoga and monk chat. Plus there’s a shop attached to the restaurant.

Would definitely recommend.

A great find in Siem Reap

This place has a pretty large mostly vegan menu. It’s fresh, tasty and cheap. On the night I was there, there was only one person working. He took my order and then went and made my food. He was friendly and quick. I was very happy with the food.

I walked along the river walk to get to this place, which made for a nice before and after dinner walk.

Wonderful place

I only had a cold drink here and did not eat anything, but I still give it five stars because of the whole experience!

This garden restaurant is so wonderful, the perfect place to wind down and relax. The garden is spacious and has many different seating areas. I had a delicious fresh juice and after that I visited the shop that sells many handmade products from several projects, cooperatives and NGOs. I bought a beautiful card and two little bags, but I would have bought so much more if there were no luggage restrictions!
It was a great way to buy something of quality that will directly benefit Cambodians as opposed to buying cheap souvenirs made somewhere else.

Pros: Beautiful garden with lots of different seats, Fantastic shop

Great little oasis

This place is amazing, really nice atmosphere, surrounded by nature. The menu is great with many vegan options and also they can veganise some dishes (I requested to swap the cheese with tofu in one salad). The yoga classes are great! And the little shop is very nice :)

😍😍😍

We totally love this place. The garden is beautiful and the stuff was very polite and nice.
We had dinner two times here. Both times we had the California rolls (~4$), the Banh Xeo (4$) and a salad ( once the healthy salad, once the peace cafe salad, both 4$). For dessert we had the absolute fantastic carrot cake (1,25$) 😍😍😍

Everything was delicious and we highly recommend this place.

Couldn't get enough!

Absolutely love this restaurant, the food is spot on and the staff are sooo friendly and kind. There is a shop inside which supports lots of local social enterprise companies and initiatives to support vulnerable people and give them meaningful work. I also did a vegetarian cooking class here and it was brilliant. I made 3 courses, all of which were so fresh and tasty. Then got the chance to eat it all in their lovely garden seating area. Definitely worth a visit, to the shop, restaurant or cooking class. A lovely little spot.

Cambodian food with cooking class

We had an excellent experience doing the cooking class here and learnt to make fresh spring rolls, papaya salad and Amok. We prepared all the ingredients and used a mortal as well to make the curry paste. The food was delicious!! Also tried the pumpkin coconut dessert, was very tasty!

Pros: Cooking class for $20/person, Lovely atmosphere, nice garden

Nice little restaurant

Nice little restaurant with friendly staff. The food was good but I was disapointed with the amount of tofu in a tofu and vegie meal.

The location is amazing at any time of the day. The prices are reasonable and it goes to a good cause. However, I found the amok to be a little bland.

Really nice ambience. The khmer kroeung khtis is amazing. The samlor korko khmer was very different than any other curry I've had before, really good. Amok wasn't my favorite amok I've had, but still delicious.
