Read moreThe food is delicious, we tried a chocolate smoothie bowl which was very yummy, and the toats were good even though they were over toasted and tiny. The rainwater agua fresca was very good, and so was the latte.

Really enjoyed the smoothie bowl, staff were really friendly and the atmosphere is really nice. I wish I’d had more time to spend there. Thoroughly recommend it.

First, this place is hidden away from the street. There is a small sign that's easy to miss. This place shares space with several other restaurants.

The food was great - we ordered from both menus. The price wasn't outrageous.
Note it is a little noisy in here between the fans, the water splashing in the fountain and the music.

Such a cool spot, I could hang out here all day. Staff is friendly, food is good and lovingly prepared. There’s shelves full of books to read, seems like folks use it as a work space.

Gorgeous cafe with covered outside seating. I sat at the back and took in the tranquil vibe overlooking the water feature whilst eating breakfast, absolute bliss! I chose a smoothie bowl, there are so many to choose from it took me a while to pick! It came pretty quickly and was delicious. The fruit and toppings so fresh and tasty. My only complaint is I only managed to eat here once on my trip to PDC! Hopefully I get to return one day.

This is a nice, energizing option for the sun-filled environment of Playa Del Carmen. I ordered the marron bowl and enjoyed it. This restaurant is housed in a space with other restaurants. Easy to find from the outside.

There’s actually 2 restaurants in here- peace & bowl and another one called roots. I got a vegan burger from roots and then a smoothie from peace & bowl. Both super yummy & really nice staff. Good vibes in the whole place for sure.

I've been to Playa many times but first time at Peace and Bowl. Had the Buddha Bowl and one of their toasts. Both were very good. They have live music on Thursday evening and the trio was smokin! I'll be back.

Food is really good, healthy and colorful. The restaurant shares space and menu with a not vegan place though and also seems more like a co-working space. Literally every table was taken by people working on their laptops. Try vegan combo from the non vegan part of the menu, you get starter, main and dessert plus drink for 160 Mexican dollars, way cheaper than the vegan menu. Vegan brownie that came with the menu was disgusting and old. When I mentioned it to the waiter he didn't seem bothered. #Veganuary

As is the case in most full vegan places, it took us a while to pick from all the options, but we ended up being extremely happy with our orders. We got two bowls, one juice and one smoothie, and really enjoyed how fresh the food was, and how relaxed the environment was.

Nice vibe here. There are two restaurants in the Mercado. Peace and bowl is the vegan one so be aware of the menu from the coffee place. It’s a bit confusing. I ordered a chai from the coffee bar menu and apparently the soy milk isn’t vegan. Very strange. I asked two people and they confirmed but couldn’t tell me what the non vegan ingredient was. From the peace and bowl menu, we had their pizzas which were yummy.

There are three restaurants in one indoor/outdoor courtyard. Two of them appear to be vegan one I noticed chicken and meat on the menu. The power bowls that we got from Peace & Bowl themselves were exceptional!
