Pretty good Find - Edit
My husband and I are always on the search for where we can both eat out together. Since he still eats meat and I am vegan. Paul's Boutique had good food...I ordered the 4 seasons burger and ate some of my husband's fries. It was all good. Only con and to come prepared is that they don't accept master card or visa so come with cash. Otherwise, it was a pretty good find for our first night in the city.
Pros: Easy location to downtown, Food was good
Cons: Cash only

Nice burger place and vegan friendly! - Edit
Today me and my friend went to Paul's Boutique. It's a burger restaurant with meat, vegetarian and vegan burgers. We could choose from 4 vegan burgers: a seasonal one, a hazelnut one, a seitan-tofu one and a quinoa burger. We both went for the seitan tofu burger, and when we ordered they explicitly asked if we wanted them vegan (because you can also get them with mayo). Everything was nice, and the burger tasted really good! They also have nice beverages, you should try the jarritos. The place itself is easy to find, has 2 floors, and cosy seating. You have to order at the desk and then they will serve your food. The staff was quite nice, they explicitly asked if we wanted it vegan, asked if everything was fine and even held the door for us when we left. So if you're just looking for a burger and maybe some fries I'd recommend this place. Other than the fries are no vegan side dishes.
Pros: 4 vegan choices, Low price, Friendly staff
Cons: Only fries as side vegan dishes

They do not understand what vegan means! - Edit
They have 3 "vegan" burgers on their menu but we discovered (after finishing our meal) that the sauce they use is NOT VEGAN! This is totally unacceptable to advertise something as suitable for vegans when it actually is not. The pink sauce used on the vegan burger was a type of mayonnaise made with eggs. When we confronted the waitress she seemed to take our complaint seriously and said she would tell the owner, however I now don't trust that the vegan burgers are actually vegan: if they think it's ok to give mayonnaise to vegans, I doubt they would care if the burgers also had eggs in them.. What about people who have allergies?! I hope someone will sue them... Anyway, we will not be going back ;-)
