Woop woop! A nice vegan food truck in town! - Edit
Yay! For a food truck, Paulette serves a good seitan burrito, that is satisfying. Sweet and crunchy, its texture was pleasant, and I should now track the van moves to try something else next time. I am glad there is a vegan truck in town!
Pros: Fast and furiously yummy, A good alternative to food trucks, Also serves cookies :)

Tasty vegan wraps in the Parisian suburb! - Edit
Paulette is very friendly and recently started her business. We tried it for lunch and took the two vegan wraps she had on menu: one with seitan and one with moussaka. Both were very tasty and quite big! Unfortunately, because she just started her business, she didn't have any dessert that day but no doubt she will offer nice sweet things as well in the future. I'll be happy to come back and I recommend you to stop if you are in the area!
Pros: 100% vegan, tasty food, friendly owner, generous portions
Cons: limited choice (but because newly opened!)
