Decent schnitzel - Edit
The vegan schnitzel is decent, but of course this restaurant does not specialise in vegan dishes. So don’t expect the mayo to be vegan as well. Further, I saw a few non-vegan dishes on the menu that did not label milk (g) as an allergen, even though the ingredients list mentioned cream, etc.

If a customer orders the vegan schnitzel and asks which Schnitzelart is vegan, maybe don't tell them the kind with eggs is.

It's a good place to go if you have non German visitors that want to eat some traditional food, but some people are vegan.
