Deep Dish Vegan - Edit
Patxi's Pizza is pretty cool. While it's not a fully vegan spot, it is fully vegan friendly with incredible pies including their deep dish pie.
Read moreThey have some fun salads, sides and good variety. All the vegan options as well as able to vegan modify options are marked on the menu.
The service is top notch and they don't miss a beat whether you'r dinning outside of in. I've never had a vegan deep dish pizza in life as a lot of places use an egg based dough, but everything is fresh, thoughtful and full of quality.
Their sauce is astounding. Our pizza was whole wheat crust, daiya cheese, fresh spinach, extra fresh garlic, plus red onions. They'll bring you crushed peppers and things as needed. Excited to go back and have their Neapolitan style Spinaici and Classic Veggie w/ daiya.
Loads of vegetarian options as all pizza minus certain toppings is at it's core.
Parking is shared in a huge lot at The Vineyards at Porter Ranch outdoor open air shopping mall.
Open seven days a week as early as 11am.
