Casual, but sophisticated cafe dining

This establishment is located in Hingetown, at the northern Detroit Road border. It opened in June 2023 according to one employee.
It’s a fun space, but tables are packed together. We arrived at 11:00 am on Saturday and grabbed the last table.
All ordering is either done through a QR code card or by going up to the bar. Food is brought to the table, but there’s not much service afterward.
The food was delicious and unusual. We had a flatbread filled with a chickpea and eggplant preserve that was unique; we Veganized it by passing on the aioli. The roasted squash with marinated lentils was also delicious and unusual tasting.
The coffee was weak in taste and tepid in temperature; the tea also had no taste.
When we were there is was noisy, but not unbearable. Parking on the street was scarce.
Vegan options are easily found on the all-day menu. I would skip breakfast as no vegan options identified
