Excellents macarons ! - Edit
Les macarons végétaliens sont vraiment très bons, j’ai beaucoup aimé celui à la pistache et celui au café.
Read moreAttention qu’à partir de 6 macarons c’est dans un étuis, et que l’étui coûte 2,50€ !! Les employés n’en n’ont pas parlé.
Je conseil donc de demander les macarons dans un sachet pour éviter de payer pour un étui non nécessaire.
J’ai pris 6 macarons, et avec l’étui ça m’est revenu à 2,32€ le macaron au lieu de 1,90€. Une belle arnaque des employés pour faire une vente.

Especially the macarons were delicious, but the calissons as well. They did not have the vegan calissons up front, so we asked and they packed some up for us:)

I love calissons d’Aix but had not eaten any for ages, since the traditional version is not vegan. So so happy to find a place that has a vegan version. The place itself is a bit ugly to be honest (feels a bit old fashioned) but still a good option to stay for a tea or coffee.

Majority of macaroon options are clearly labeled vegan with lot of flavor variety. So happy to find big selection of vegan macaroons that were very delicious and fairly priced. 5 STARS!

Vegan calissons and macaroons - Edit
The patisserie is not vegan but it offers the typical sweets for Southern France: the calisson and the macaroon. They are both a must try. Calissons are one variety: a delicious dessert of almond paste. Macaroons come in a lot of flavors. Worth checking out!
