Cones are not vegan, with no cone alternative offered. Ice cream average. Lacks non-fruity flavours.

Doesn’t Live up to the Hype - Edit
The crazy lines and people make it seem like this is the best chocolate ever. I found it to be totally bland. One dark chocolate is vegan. They can also make hot chocolate with non dairy milk. I found them both to be watery and bland.

Great creamy Sorbets - Edit
I ordered the dark chocolate one and the raspberry sorbet and they were delicious and the texture very creamy. Was worth the long wait.

Only their sorbets are vegan which isn't bad because they are delicious. I'd recommend the dark chocolate and the berry sorbets.

Just had a latte with soy milk. I wanted to have a piece of carrot cake which was the only vegan option, but they didn't have any. The coffee was nice though.
