Excellent Burger - Edit
I ordered the double burger without knowing the size it was gonna be. Took me a while to finish it, never eaten such a big burger in my life, but it was delicious and the place and menu was also very nice.
Easily reachable from the Andel metro station.

Well worth a visit! - Edit
We went there twice on our trip. The Latin burger and pasta were both delicious. I definitely recommend if you end up over in Praha 5.
Pros: Friendly staff, Delicious and varied menu

Nice, but busy - Edit
Pastva is one of the nicest vegan establishments in Prague. At lunch they serve a set menu with one soup and a couple of choices of main. I ordered a tofu curry dish which tasted disappointingly mild, but the beet bourguignon was excellent. The evening options are better, when there is more choice. The burgers are so good, and the cakes are even better!
It's a nice place with a relaxing atmosphere, though at lunch it was so crowded we had to wait for a table - booking might be a good idea.
Pros: Tasty food
Cons: Crowded at lunchtime

Long Live The Pastva - Edit
Absolutely the best vegan restaurant I have visited so far.
I love their food, drinks, atmosphere, staff, place and it is also very close to my home.
If someone, like me, wants to eat something different than vegan fried food, boring soups and salads - this is the paradise waiting for you. Best cider and beer available too.
Pros: Food, drinks, menu, Staff, Place

Casual dining - Edit
We had lunch there and liked the 2 things we got and there were a number of unusual menu items to choose from. It's much-needed in that neighborhood, which has few options amongst a large mall and chain places like TGIF. Staff speaks English well enough to navigate, and was super-nice. Due to the lackluster neighborhood I don't think we would make a special trip there again, given only a week in Prague, but we liked it. If you're using the bus station to have a day trip, this place is a block away!
We ALWAYS appreciate 100% vegan places!
(They have beer and some hard liquor too--we spiked our fresh watermelon lemonade with rum.)
Pros: mellow vibe during the day

missing the main dish - Edit
It was several times I visited that lovely place and they had already eaten the main and the only one salty dish. In the lunch time around quarter to two and they were not able to delete it from their list, so everybody is asking for one food and the other is not so good - sweet dumplings ? :/ or salad. They cook ussual food from 3 o clock, so more then one hour without having the only main salty food for anybody :/:// not so good food as in different places, its just a good place and calm
Pros: good place, possible to reservate food and table
Cons: early missing the salty lunch, not good service, not good sweet and expensive

Might have been 5 stars - Edit
I really liked their food. The burgers were super-tasty (but Latin one was also super-jalapeno), and I liked tortilias too, but they spicy too. Wanted to try king mushrooms but... Well.
On the first time we came here hoping for mushroom dish we came too early. Somewhy their lunch option is not an option: in lunchtime mon-fri they have ONLY lunch menu, and not the main. So we had seitan with potatos and spinach and well that wasn't quite interesting dish.
Second time we came at evening, but they just didn't have mushrooms so we still were unable to try them out. Pity.
Pros: Tasty, friendly staff
Cons: You can't have main menu during lunch, Not all dishes might be avaliable

Excellent - Edit
We really liked the restaurant. Nice choice, excellent burgers and vegan deserts. Polite staff. It is better to reserve a place in advanced (even a few hours is enough) because the place become quite popular.
Pros: Nice selection, Open at weekends, Good staff
Cons: Too popular, often difficult to find a place, Can be noisy

no more food after 9pm - Edit
You need to go there early, otherwise you can only eat cake.
Also the address says 54/102 but you have to go to nr 102, not 54 :D
Pros: friendly staff , good selection review , good burger
Cons: no dumplings

Fresh creative vegan food - Edit
We both were pleasantly surprised with the creativity and freshness of the food ! Got a pate for an appetizer and a burger (yes please, finally!) as the main course. Raw chocolate cake as dessert. All delicious! Will go back for the vegan comfort food fix when we're in Praha.

Very good! - Edit
If you want to try authentic Czech vegan dumplings, Pastva is currently the best choice in Prague. Also they offer lot of veggie meals which are testful and healthy.
Recently they started to offer afternoon menu (next to the daily menu of 2 meals) so lot of options. Afternoon menu prices are higher but worth trying.
I also enjoyed drinking Ulticha maté mix drink (mix of maté tea, orange flavour and coke).
Also, there is a great organic food shop across the street (called Rozmaryna) and cosmetic store in the court.
