Vegan croissant (with jam in it) was nice although wasn't included on the menu at all - I had to ask if they had any vegan options. Very busy and nowhere to sit down with our food and cups of coffee.

Got vegan croissants that were filled with jam (apricot or peach?) and baked with a slightly whole meal-y flour.

They do not care for vegan; they know about their vegan croissants but do not have them. Nothing labeled. Dark chocolate is probably vegan; beer, too. In nice part of old town. No outdoor seating, around twenty seats inside. They do have a high quality vegetable / rice lunch but it might contain animal butter (?). Coffee is good.

Stamani abbiamo chiamato per farci metterci da parte due cornetti vegani (lo consiglio vivamente perché alle 8.30 ne erano rimasti solo due). Molto molto buoni! Erano ripieni di marmellata di albicocche.

Arrive early for vegan croissants - Edit
First time we went was at about 10.30 and they had sold out of vegan croissants. The next day we arrived at 9am and there were some left. They were very tasty. We also had a soy milk cappuccino which was also very nice. The croissant was filled with a jam.

Nice cafe & bakery with a vegan croissant option - Edit
This is a beautiful cafe and bakery near Piazza San Marco. I was glad that I asked if any of their pastries were vegan. They have one vegan croissant providing a nice breakfast option. They also have soy milk for cappuccinos (which I have found is pretty standard for cafes in each of the Italian cities we have been to).
