L’ultima volta ho fatto una degustazione di frittelle - date un’occhiata alle foto ☺️
Tuttavia la qualità va migliorata e il prezzo va rivisto, per quanto possano essere attenti agli ingredienti e ai metodi di produzione trovo comunque adeguato un leggero abbassamento dei prezzi su certe cose che offrono (le altre le trovo prezzate correttamente).

Purtroppo quando sono andata io, di domenica pomeriggio, non c'era tantissima scelta di pasticcini vegani. Ero però andata là per prendere una torta di compleanno e c'erano 2 tipi di torte vegane già pronte. Ho preso quella ai frutti di bosco e cioccolato ed è veramente buona. È piaciuta molto anche ai parenti non vegani.

Die vegane Auswahl in der Konditorei ist groß, es gibt neben kleinem Gebäck auch Torten und Tramezzini. Das gesamte Sortiment kann in ganz Padua auch über die Website der Konditorei bestellt werden und wird geliefert.

Ottimo servizio. Camieri gentili fino all'ultimo minuto di servizio. Scelta ampissima di dolci vegani e di tramezzini (mi pare che ne abbiano 6 tipi). Dolci veramente deliziosi per vegani e non. Deliziose le brioche. Se arrivate abbastanza presto, le potete trovare alla marmellata, alla cioccolata e alla crema. Ampia scelta di biscotti friabili, ottimi per consumare un caffè veloce. Spesso hanno anche sfogliatine, crostatine di crema e frutta fresca, biscotti tipo occhio di bue alla marmellata.

In base al periodo dell'anno, offrono anche dolci vegani sia al banco, come le frittelle a carnevale che confezionati, come panettone e colombe. Anche qui c'è un'ampia scelta di gusti.
I prodotti che usano sono biologici, in generale di alta qualità. Tutto l'anno vendono biscotti fatti da loro, cioccolata aromatizzata, rooibos e altri prodotti.
I prezzi sono leggermente sopra la media, ma secondo me assolutamente giustificati. Per esempio una brioche vegan costa 1 euro e 50. Un cappuccino con latte di soia è sull'euro e 80, mi pare.
Vi racconto la mia esperienza con una deliziosa torta di compleanno:
Mi hanno regalato la torta passione vegana per la mia festa. Veramente deliziosa. Mousse al cioccolato (70%) con cuore di salsa al frutto della passione su di una base sofficissima di pan di spagna. Per me era un dolce da 10 e lode. Non era eccessivamente dolce, ma nemmeno molto amaro. La mousse era veramente molto ben bilanciata. A tutti i festeggiati, vegani e non, è piaciuta molto. Ha ricevuto solo 2 critiche: una persona non ha apprezzato la nota leggermente aspra del frutto della passione (personalmente ben bilanciata con il resto della torta) e secondo alcune persone I semi del già citato frutto potevano essere lasciati fuori. Non semi duri, sono croccanti e non invadenti. Se uno si aspetta una torta mousse in tutto e per tutto, i semini potrebbero rovinare "l'atmosfera". Personalmente non li ho trovati un problema.
La torta era per 10 persone. Le porzioni erano abbondanti e sazianti. L'hanno pagata 45 euro (hanno fatto un piccolo sconto siccome li conosciamo da tanto. Costava 48). Ovviamente se uno vuole farsela in casa risparmia, come con qualsiasi altro piatto.
In un giorno l'hanno fatta senza problemi. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.
Si può personalizzare con la scritta che si preferisce.
In generale consiglio a tutti questo servizio.

Ampia scelta vegana, sia dolce che salata. Brioches, biscotti, lieviti, tramezzini, fino a torte bellissime, semifreddi anche monoporzione, frittelle e altre proposte regalo a tema molto carine come cioccolatini in vari gusti ecc. Personale molto gentile, attento e preparato. Mi auguro di trovare sempre più posti come questo. Continuate così, Bravissimi!!!

Highly recommend frittelle with raisins and no cream, as the cream tends to be too sweet and too thick, the other things (including a vegan panettone I was gifted this xmas) were amazing. Location is relatively small, along a busy road but there's a parking lot right in front of it.
Definitely want to go there again to taste everything else vegan!

These might be the best Vegan pastries in the world, no joke. They are expanding their range every year.

They offer delicacies such as the millefoglie, a large selection of big and small pastries, and in the morning you will find fresh croissants, with cream, chocolate, jam (actual jam, not the sugary crappy type), and whole flour.
It is worth to use public transportation for a quick trip down there. It's a place to not be underestimated.
Every time we go to Padova for a week we end up going there at least 5 times, just so we can offer the pastries to every single friend we visit. Amazing.
And did I mention most of the vegan stuff is organic?
