Good range, good pastrtes! - Edit

Visited in late August '13, found the range to be around 40-50% vegan. Tested a considerable range of the pastries, found them to be quite tasty. Also had a decent range of pizza slices that I really enjoyed.
Prices reasonable and service friendly.

Pros: Good pizzas, great pastry sweets., Decent prices., Friendly staff.

was excited but then.... - Edit

so excited when i found this bakery near my house. went by expecting cakes and croissants and cookies to fill my vegan sweets fantasy. i found instead mostly non vegan (all organic though) baked goods. The vegan choices were quite dismal- apple strudel that looked dry and unappetizing, a tart with prune jam, and some half moon cookies that i had to dip in coffee to soften it up.
spoke to owner about having more options, but since there is not much request for vegan goods, seems that the vegan products tend to be neglected. which is too bad.
if the prices were more affordable (a slice of cake costs close to 4euros, i'd go more often to support a local business..but at that price, it has to be something pretty stellar for me to go back.
for vegetarians (that eat eggs/milk) there are a lot more choices.

Pros: all organic, fair trade

Cons: few vegan choices, the vegan choices not to my expectation, slightly pricey
