A lot of vegan pastries - Edit
This place is outside Pamplona city centre but is worth visiting. They have lots of vegan options and they are big and cheap. They also have vegan cappuccino with oat or soy. The donut was very good. For me it's too sweet. The lady was also so nice and happy seeing I did enjoy

This traditional bakery offers vegan doughnuts, cookies and palmiers. They weren't labelled so, but I was ensured these were vegan. And were spectacular! Definitively recommended!

Pastelería con obrador propio con muchas opciones veganas y por supuesto, bebida vegetal (soja y avena). El personal muy amable y atento. El precio también es económico. Recomendable para darse un homenaje goloso.

Amazing, unexpected bakery place - Edit
Quite a bit outside the city centre but definitely worth the trip. The lady was very nice (but no English) and helped us since there was no sign indicating the vegan options. They were separate in the counter though. We had the croissant with cream, the pistache donut and a boule de berlin. The first one was definitely our favorite. No telling these baked goods were vegan :)

Me encanta todo de este sitio. Voy una vez cada semana desde que lo descubrí. He probado las palmeritas con y sin chocolate, los croissants de chocolate con nata, los donuts de pistacho, las bombas de crema... Qué espectáculo de bollería!!

Has about 2 choices of vegan cakes and 5-6 of vegan pastries. Maybe sandwiches but I came early in the morning so I didn't see them.
