DIY-pasta can’t go wrong. They have their own homemade almond ricotta which is amaZing. Lots of options for sauces including a vegan vodka and vegan pesto. Yummy coconut bacon, too.

This was super tasty and convenient. You order at the counter, and there are maybe two small tables you may sit at after. The basic pasta dish is one price, but then the adds on make the price increase fast!! I would not get the broccoli as I thought they were going to be large pieces of broccoli but turned out to be chopped up tiny pieces. The garlic and vegan cheese was delicious !

Served vegan options. Kind of a subway set up where you pick each ingredient at the counter but everything is super fresh and clearly laid out. They have vegan pesto, make there own vegan cheese and are super nice

As a vegan mom with 2 vegan kids on a off season weekdays getaway in Asbury Park, I was quite worried about what kind of food we could find. That was before we tried Pasta Volo. Not a romantic place, more a very casual/fastfood atmosphere BUT the food is amazing. You have a sheet to write and check the options you want (vegan pesto is so so good!) and you can add as many as you want. They have 2 vegan cheese : vegan mozza and vegan smocked mozza which are both really good. It's not expensive, delicious and the staff is really nice. We liked it so much that we went twice in 2 days! :D It will be my go to place if I come back in Asbury Park.
