Cozy, home-y, grandma style, family friendly vibe - Edit
Booked a reservation for a Sunday family brunch. The restaurant staff were very accommodating as some of our party were running significantly behind. The servers were very kind, attentive, and accommodating. They provided high chair for a toddler in our party.
Read moreWe ordered a couple of appetizers to share and then a variety of entrees:
- Baked Four Cheese Mac (appetizer): excellent vegetarian option with a tasty coating of toasted breadcrumbs on top
- Bread Sampler (appetizer): 6 pieces of focaccia, 2 plain, 2 with rosemary, and 2 with vegetables; great vegan option with a delicious, mysterious green sauce!
- Roasted Tomato Sauce Pasta w/ roasted cannellini beans (vegan): the cannellini beans were a miss and the pasta dish itself was pretty meh. Disappointed with it as it was just “fine.”
- Dad’s Famous Red Pepper Sauce Pasta (vegetarian): very tasty! Probably our favorite of the pasta dishes. Just wish it could be made non-dairy but, alas, it can’t because of the built-in cream
- Creamy Wild Mushroom Pasta (vegetarian): also very scrumptious but not dairy-free
- Spicy Red Pesto Pasta: pretty good and can be made vegan!
Really large portions for the price! Hearty meal. Excellent apps and generally good pasta dishes. Very kind service. Great place for families of all generations, especially the little ones!

They have one pasta type per day, but according to our server it’s always vegan. Then you have a couple of vegan sauces and toppings, and some appetizers. Everything we had was pretty good.

Vegan pasta & vegan chocolate cake - Edit
They had two vegan pasta options and they were both really nice! A red sauce pasta and a red pesto pasta. Just had to tell the server we were requesting them vegan. As far as apps, it looked promising, we just had focaccia and their pickle plate. There’s also a labeled vegan chocolate cake on the dessert menu. I didn’t have high expectations but it was pretty good!!

Note that this review is about vegan options only, my friends love the other stuff here! There are clearly labeled options which is nice but they’re not very interesting or flavorful.
