Serves meat, vegan options available. An intimate setting in a picturesque garden, located 2 blocks from the town square in Pedasi, on the road to Playa el Toro. The owner-chef offers a small menu of northern Italian cuisine with house-made dessert and bread. One daily special pasta is always vegetarian. The vegetable appetizer platter come with grilled marinated veggies, focaccia, caponata. Uses parmesan to season the food, so vegans need to specify. Reservations are suggested. MAY 2016 REPORTED SHUT. Open Wed-Sun 6:00pm-10:30pm.

Location: one block past the town medical clinic on the road toward playa el Toro
Menu& ambiance: Open for dinner only , with reservations strongly recommended , Pasta e Vino features a limited but changing daily menu of pasta dishes (always a veg option), Italian wines and aperitifs, local beers, home made tropical fruit gelati and a terrific vegetable appetizer platter with a generous variety of grilled, stuffed & marinated veggies. It's a casual garden setting but only 6 tables, and with the fantastically gifted chef Elena, there's rarely an open table. Call or stop by in the afternoon to reserve.
