Outstanding vegan burgers, pizzas and creative fermentation - Edit
I tried both the pizzas and the vegan burgers, and I can honestly say they are fantastic.
Read moreRecently they started working with fermentation, producing their own vegan ’nduja, tofu, and seitan made with koji. It’s the kind of craftsmanship you can truly taste in every bite, and the quality of the ingredients really stands out.
I chose the "Fuoco Sacro" vegan burger and it completely won me over. The intense flavor of the fermented tofu steak, combined with the vegan ’nduja and the fermented lemon mayo, was perfectly balanced and incredibly original.
You can really feel the care and research behind every ingredient and every preparation.
A place I would absolutely recommend!

Super tasty pizza - Edit
Many different and interesting vegan pizza options plus a large selection of specialty beers, the pizza dough imo had the perfect consistency. We went on a Saturday and it was quite busy, would recommend a reservation especially if you plan on coming after 8.

Amazing selection of vegan pizzas - Edit
They have like 10 different vegan pizzas with vegan cheese and charcuterie such as ham, mortadella, bresaola and sausage. The pizza is very yummy!
