I love Parsons - Edit
Parsons makes the best flapjack in the land for my money. The bread pudding is a stodgy, fruity spiced delight too. Quality has proven consistently high over time and across branches. Their shops tend to be perfectly located to fuel you up for a hike - ideally with a Thermos of coffee - and are a highlight of any West Country visit (with loved ones a close second of course). The sausage roll has good pastry but Greggs has the edge on herby filling flavour.
