Innovative Vegan Comfort Food - Edit
Parlor City Vegan is run by a lovely couple who creates vegan comfort food in their spare time. The food is interesting and usually a great imitation of the non-vegan alternative. Though delicious, they do tend to use processed ingredients. Glad to finally see an all-vegan food vendor in Binghamton. Would recommend!
Pros: All vegan!, Often gluten-free options, Good imitations of non-vegan food
Cons: Processed food, Only open once a week
