Hidden treasures - Edit
This is like going to a thrift store. It's kind of sketchy, but if you put effort into searching then you can find some real gems. Watch out for expiry dates.

Good selection, but a little creepy - Edit
The selection of foods available at Paris Natural Foods is excellent for a northern community. They have lots of natural, ethnic, and vegetarian ingredients. (And are--to my knowledge--the only place in Sudbury you can buy vegetarian worcestershire sauce) Some parts of the store, such as the crystal display when walking in and the bracelets at the check-out, are a little creepy, but I'm willing to put up with it.
Pros: Good selection, Free parking, Ethnic ingredients
Cons: Narrow aisles, Strange items
