I really really enjoyed this place. One of my favourite food stops on our month trip east Canada. We got all 3 noodle dishes because we couldn’t decided and I’m glad we did. The sweet soy noodles was our favourite dish. The service was great, the food was great. And I’ve been craving the Iced tea I got there since we left. If I’m ever back in Truro for some reason, I’ll be coming here.

Great Thai Food - Edit
Extremely flavourful, fresh and delicious. Service was knowledgeable and kind and there was a great small town atmosphere. Only issue was they were out of tofu when we went, but the veggie option still rocked.

I was surprised at how many vegan options there were. I had the drunken noodles with tofu. I asked for it spicy and it certainly didn't disappoint. Lovely staff. Very friendly.

Many vegan options - Edit
I went with my family, and we were an all vegan table. The staff and owner were very accommodating, and told us which items could be made without animal flesh or secretions (which is most items on the menu!). Initially we were brought a dish with a chicken's egg, but the staff were quick to correct it when we communicated the situation.

So happy I tried this place! - Edit
I had heard a few times that Parichat Asia Thai had vegan options, but I had no idea how many! I had the Yellow Curry with tofu and it was absolutely amazing. I ended up taking my family there the next day and it was just as delicious. The chef comes out to check on you to see how your meal is and the staff is amazing.
