Vegan Gyozas - Edit
Great Vegan gyoza option. Certified Vegan by what looks like a Japanese org. Staff speaks english so easy to have a conversation. Would definitely go back if I get a chance.

Un grande no - Edit
Obbligati all acquisto di una bevanda a persona, cibo senza sapore e conto salatissimo. Assolutamente no.

Gyoza in town - Edit
Not much veggie options in Kanazawa, but Pari King is one of them that offers veggie Gyoza. If you are tired of having ramen and convenient store food, try here.

I love this place - Edit
I was in Kanazawa for two nights, and my family ate here both nights. The vegan gyoza was great, and the soy chick’n is amazing. The atmosphere is fantastic; the place is on the smaller side and the staff is very friendly. My only knock is that I wish they had a larger vegan selection. Also - if you go - they’re on a little side road so it’s a little hard to find the first time. If you’re putting it into Apple Maps, you have to search for “Pariking” (one word). If you search for "Pari King," Apple tries to search for "Parking."

Cons: limited vegan selection.

Tasty Gyoza - Edit
We had a great experience at a gyoza restaurant in Kanazawa. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. We appreciated the variety of vegan options available, catering to different dietary needs. The waiter spoke English, which made ordering easy and smooth. Additionally, the restaurant accepted card payments, making the whole process convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality and price of our meal.

Tasty and easy - Edit
The menu was very clear, separate vegan page.
Read moreI got the gyoza with corriander and the fried soy 'chicken'. Both was super nice but the gyoza was the clear winner in my book!

So awesome - Edit
Really good gyoza and quite a few vegan sides including vegan kimchi, salad, tofu, and more. Friendly staff and fast service. I used to love gyoza as a meat eater and haven’t had it since going vegan years ago. This is the real deal.

Be careful because... - Edit
Nothing else was open on a Monday night so I went here. Staff speaks English quite well. It's like a bar with only a few tables. As I was by myself, I got seated at the bar.
Read moreAs a "seating fee" you'll get an appetizer that you will have to pay for (even if you didn't order it). You'll also have to get a drink, I got the Kanazawa roasted tea. Then I got 2 plates of gyozas (ginger and coriander). It was served fast. The ginger one was clearly veggies, but the coriander one looked totally different inside (white with only a little green). I was too scared of it being meat, so I didn't ask the staff if they mixed up my order.😒So please check if you got the right order.
I payed about 1900 yen in total which was more than I initially expected.
Pros: Different gyozas
Cons: Have to order a drink, Possibly got served non vegan gyozas, Have to pay for an appetizer

Cool Gyoza Restaurant - Edit
We had a good time at Pariking. They provide an English menu and offer vegan replacements for almost all gyoza versions. They also have soy karaage and several appetisers. I don't know if/which of the appetisers are vegan though.
