Paramita Vegetarian Restaurant - TST, Hong Kong

I need to follow this up in more detail. The concern I have is that this place may be less than rigorous about the the dishes they have marked on the menu as containing egg. I will try to follow up in more detail to find out more.

Friendly place

We went for dinner at 18:30, and the place was almost empty. I don't know why it isn't more populat, as the food is good, the service is speedy (maybe because there were so few customers, and the staff is very friendly. The portions were not large, but adequate for most people.

Pros: Good food, Quick service, Friendly staff

Cons: None

Huge menu and friendly service

This restaurant is similar to most of the Buddhist vegetarian restaurants in Hong Kong. It's heavy on the mock meats and banquet type dishes, but one can still find tofu and vegetable dishes. All our food was good. Dishes containing eggs were clearly labelled, but not the ones containing cream, cheese or butter. This is quite common in the vegetarian restaurants in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, so it's just something to check with the staff.

Pros: Extensive menu, Easy to find, Friendly staff
