Amazing vegan food, healthy with gluten free options! - Edit
I was so happy to find this cute vegan cafe in an area I rarely see labeled vegan options, let alone an entirely vegan establishment! The prices were very fair, at most items costing around 2 euros. The quiche and lasagna were amazing! There were so many options of savory pastries, wraps, pizza and more that I had to bring food extra food with me to go! The food is not heated up, as it’s more of a to-go type place, but it still tasted great and the atmosphere was nice to be in. The place was cooled well with the air conditioning, the music was calming, and the WiFi worked well. The cakes looked so great I wished I could try them all, but I had the kiwi and blackberry cheesecakes and they had a nice flavor and texture. They are made without flour so the crust was a flavorful nutty texture. I believe they’re also refined sugar free. The food overall seemed fresh and healthy. Lots of vegetables, legumes, and fruits with what seemed to be more whole foods oriented ingredients. For those who are gluten free, you’ll have lots of options!

We went for lunch at paradise food. Great air conditioned space, lots of choice and loved the juices. Prices are a little confusing as you pay by weight but it was really good value.

Read moreThe restaurant had great food. We tried the broccoli quiche, lasagna, quesadilla, and sausage roll. Even though everything was served cold, it all tasted really good. They also sell various products, and we bought a package of sausages, which was new to us in Montenegro. We finished with the carrot cake, which was delicious. If you're in the area, I recommend this place for good food at a fair price.

Best Vegan Food in Montenegro - Edit
My partner and I spent a week in Montenegro and this was by far our favorite restaurant. They had lots of authentic foods for very affordable prices. Each day that we went, some items seemed to change which gave us an extra reason to keep coming back.

We have been there not long before closing, but there was still quite a selection of things. I've had two pieces of pie (both good, a pear one was amazing) and my friend had a piece of chocolate and banana pie, and two buns filled with lentils, soy strips and potatoes. All cost us 10 euros so it was not only amazingly tasty, it's also cheap.

The food was amazing, there was so much choice (quiches, börek, and also warm things like soup, falafel)! Perfect for a brunch/lunch/informal dinner. The pear cake was also good, they had a lot of sweet options too. The café is small but cute. They have their own production of vegan sausages (to eat as spread on bread or as more solid slices): incredibly good!

Read moreWe had a filo pastry pie filled with potato and onion and herbs, a soya filled lasagne slice, a vegan burger type pate, chick pea salad and roasted vegetables, homemade strawberry and ginger combucha and it fed and watered three of us for under 20 euros. We discovered this on the last day of our stay, and we only wish we knew about it sooner. It was fantastic food! Cannot recommend enough. There aren’t many options in Budva, and to find this place was an oasis in the desert! Go if you can!
