What a treasure! - Edit
We would have given this a 5 star rating if allowed! Amazing couple who satisfies all! We had the vegan pretzel which is outstanding, great vegan sandwiches! My hubby had a berry coating with a chocolate filled tart! Lastly, It was our anniversary so they made special chocolate strawberries for our Gondola ride!

A bit pricy - Edit
I had a vegan sandwich. It was stir fried vegetables put between to slices of toast bread, and then heated in a toaster. The taste was okay, could have used a little more salt and sweet flavour though. Compared to what you get it was a bit pricy.

Friendly and Delicious - Edit
Desired some vegetarian food near my work and this restaurant along with another popped up. Therefore, I chose Par Amour. Reviewing the menu excited me and thus chose the number 43, Pineapple and Chef's Special Pesto Pizza. The people within were nice, friendly, and last but not least the pizza was spicy (I was asked if desired it that way) and Delicious. I most certainly will return to this spot.

Kind Owner and Great Food - Edit
We visited family and stayed 15 minutes away from Imperial Beach pier. It was tough to find a place with vegan options near where we were staying.
Read moreThis is a small deli shop with a lot of vegan options! Beware; they do serve turkey, ham, beef and dairy. Although the owner (who is French) is very careful with preparation. Everything is baked and made fresh. Crepes are vegan and can be filled with fruit and vegan chocolate! 2 of the soups are vegan, prezels are vegan and the best I've ever had! Lots of vegan pastries (including a delicious cinnamon roll, and fruit tart!). Also serves great acai bowls that are all vegan and topped with fresh fruit! Reccomend when visiting on the beach.
Pros: Fresh baked vegan pretzels, pastries & crepes, Delicious soups & acai, Nice owner
Cons: Do serve meat & dairy

A sweet little place - Edit
We were in the area and searched Happy Cow and found this place. What a surprise! We had vegan crepes and a vegan croissant. They were amazing and we will definitely go back! A big group ordered right before us so it took a little bit extra time to get our food but the food was worth the wait. Sitting outside watching the waves and soaking up the fresh air made it a pleasant environment and the chef (whom I'm assuming is the owner) and the women who took our order were so kind, warm, welcoming and very friendly.

Great Vegan Treats! - Edit
This place is awesome! They have amazing vegan options - crepes, paninis, pastries, fruit tarts, incredible pretzels - all freshly made! And they're delicious! AND, they make their own cashew-based vegan cheese! In many different flavors! And all very reasonably priced! It's such a perfect location right on the beach and delicious food! What a perfect spot! The chef is super nice and fun to chat with. Staff very helpful and caring

best pretzel of my life! - Edit
My husband and I went to Coronado beach for the day and decided to search out a happy cow dining option. Stumbled upon this place and were amazed. The owner and his partner were so knowledgeable. Just walk in and say "vegan options?" And they will take care of you. We had the jalapeño and pesto pretzel and a crepe wrapped with veggies. So delicious! If you go on a Friday morning or afternoon there's a farmers market with other great vegan options. We had a raw cheesecake and the best strawberries ever!
