delicious vegan options - Edit
Everyone will be happy, from vegans to omnivores. The menu is designed with vegans in mind. The hibiscus tacos are my favorite.

Awesome Quick Vegan Tacos or Burritos - Edit
We stopped by here with a meat-eating cousin who raved about the burritos. This place is super casual w/ a drive-thru or walk-up window only. Very basic menu. In a nutshell, there are 9 meat options & 5 vegetarian or vegan options: (1) Pastor cauliflower, (2) veggie chorizo w/ potatoes, (3) hibiscus-Jamaica, (4) avocado, or (5) black beans.
Read moreTo order, you choose a “meat option” and ask them to make it as street tacos, a burrito (2 sizes available), bowl, or quesadilla. You name toppings/add-Ins also. I got two vegan “meats” as a bowl with lots of veggie toppings. My husband had a the smaller of the two burrito sizes with two different vegan “meats.” Both were great. The only improvement I could suggest would be to add a vegan cheese option.
This was easy, quick, & tasty. On a nice day, we enjoyed our lunch at the available picnic table, and our meat-eating relative could happily eat what he wanted.
Pros: Lots of bags options, Superb taste!
Cons: No vegan cheese—would be a great addition

Few Vegan Options, but Tasty - Edit
When I go to Papi's Rapido, (I highly recommend against any other variation of this restaurant because the Rapido version seems to be the only one that has a working knowledge of what is vegan on their menu) I get five street tacos: avocado, and black bean. I also love their chips and salsa, as well as their hot sauces. It is hard to understand from how their menu is displayed what is actually vegan vs vegetarian, I hope there is an update to this in the future. I would more frequently visit if they had other options for vegans.
