Beautiful & unique - Edit
Though they have just 1 vegan option (it rotates every 2-3 months), all their cakes are beautiful with unique flavor combinations.

This is a very well-decorated and chic cafe where you can order cake and a beverage, to eat it or to-go. There is only one plant-based flavor among six options, which rotates seasonally. The flavor combinations are complex and unique, usually with the addition of a tropical ingredient such as lychee, ube, passion fruit, etc. I though the cake was as delicious as it was beautiful, the textures were smooth, and the cake itself was not too sweet. It's a bit on the pricier side, but pretty typical for Seattle.

I got a tip from an omnivore that this place has vegan cakes. I was disappointed that only was vegan when I came in but I picked it up for my partner to try since they like sweets. It was really beautiful and I think the flavor was peanut butter and jelly. My partner said it was really good. Might be worth a stop if you’re in the area.
