Some vegan options, nice place - Edit
We stayed at the hotel and had a vegan wrap and pizza without cheese. They really try and do their best and the atmosphere is really nice. There is a veggie burger and some rice dish. We didn't try this.
Read moreThe vegan dishes other people described are not so available. The menu changed. But you can ask. They will really give an effort to make something.

Great food! - Edit
We drove over for dinner, and it did not disappoint. There was a section of the menu labeled “for hotel gusts only” but they let me order from there when I mentioned I was vegan. Got the guacamole and the veggie fajitas, it was only two tortillas but very filling. Will probably come back before the end of the trip. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They're weren't many vegan options. Tthey have a separate menu selection ONLY if you are staying at hotel and it did look like there were a couple of options but I could not order those as I was just visiting the restaurant . I got the teriyaki veggies and rice and it was tasty enough but nothing special. The service was decent and there's a couple of iguanas that hang around the restaurant which are fun to observe.

Costa Rican meals made veganlicious - Edit
The owner was so accommodating, they already had a few vegan options but was so willing to create a special vegan meal for us. The food is fresh, seasoned so well, and delicious!!!! Super close to those staying at the Westin - it's a nice little walk. I love the open air restaurants with good vibes!!!
