Try the Vegan Pho even if you are not vegan! - Edit
Seriously... I tried another pho here with shrimp in it, but it wasn't nearly as good as the Vegan Pho. The Vegan Pho has a wider variety of and larger quantity of each ingredient in it. And, it's pretty big.

Been to several restaurants in the Space Coast recently & Papasan's easily stands out as one of the better restaurants. Having spent the past three years in the SF Bay Area have grown to appreciate & have a fondness for Vietnamese cuisine.
Read moreAfter surveying the menu for some time decided to go w/ the classic Bahn Mi sandwich along w/ the Pho. Had the tofu banh mi sandwich. Had it vegan by omitting the butter. Great banh mi sandwich.
Was delighted to find out that they now offer a vegan pho. The vegan pho hit the spot. Heaps of veggies, tofu, vegan ham, vegan beef, & w/ the sides of basil leaves, cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapeño peppers along w/ limes.
Papasan's was fully packed & can see why. Quality food & friendly service. Don't miss the vegan pho!

Discovered this place a few years ago and it was excellent! Brought my mom who isn’t vegan and she loved it as well. Definitely a great spot to frequent whenever I’m in town.

Lots of vegan options here, I had trouble deciding. Went with the vegan pho which was delicious. Lots of add your own toppings. It’s a small place, little gem.

The vegan options are many and are very tasty, however, the environment could use a little improvement. The premises need repair and seem slightly dirty. Prices are kind of high in my opinion for a restaurant of this type. Overall, I enjoy coming here because the food is so good, especially the vegan curry and pho!

My husband and I came here before our cruise. We frequent many Vietnamese places in New York so we have high standards. We ordered the spring roll tofu bun, tofu texture was excellent, I don't understand why there was a spring roll in there- they were a bit mushy once you added the sauce. The flavor was fine. All in all not what I am used to but equally delicious in it's own .

I came here on the soft opening and the environment and food was great. They had a great crowd and the staff was really friendly. My table got three plates to try out. They were the vegan pho, tofu curry, sautéed tomato tofu.
Read moreThe vegan pho has a delicious broth base and the crispy tofu was perfect. Great variety of veggies and the noodle was my favorite.
The vegan curry has a great amount of flavor. I got the mild and it was a perfect temperature for me. Tofu was also perfectly crispy. The rice was plain witch allowed me to add the curry sauce to it.
The sautéed tomato tofu was very enjoyable. The onions and other veggies were cooked perfectly. The tomato sauce was very flavorful and was a little sweat, witch was perfect.

Amazing Food, Great Service - Edit
This restaurant was awesome! Not fully vegan, but a wide range of options were available. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting and the servers were great, they were fast, helpful and polite.But most importantly, the food was mind blowing! I had the veggie spring rolls and vegan pho, and it was warm, delicious and so satisfying. Will definitely be back!
