There are lots of different combinations, sauteed veggies, organic tofu, potatoes, you can get a stuffed potato or yam, a burrito, quesadillas, great selection.

I’m obsessed with their house tofu tacos and anything with the house tofu! A few items you have to ask for no cheese to make vegan but staff is very knowledgeable about what is vegan and not. Maritza, one of the waitresses is amazing and such a joy!

They have a very extensive menu of vegetarian and vegan options. Stuffed yams, burritos and tacos. The house tofu yam is the BEST! The staff is always super nice and they have a beautiful patio for dining.

Super cute place with surfboard hut style. The food is definitely geared toward meat eaters and vegetarians. For example, the food would have more flavor with cheese, but without it...not so interesting. They have a large vegetarian burrito section that looked good and might be flavorful subbing guacamole for cheese. I did like the one fully vegan option: Vegan Stuffed Yam. It was creative and cooked well with fresh pico de Gallo and avocado.

Best tofu ever! - Edit
I didn't like tofu until I had it here. It's sautéed, then tossed in soy sauce and nutritional yeast, and served in tacos or burritos, or it can be stuffed into a baked potato or a yam.
