Chaotic, but good - Edit
Was in here later in the evening and there was a fair number of people coming in and out. Was a bit flustered so picked the top one off the vegan menu as I could translate that easily. Very cheap and tasty. Will be sure to try more flavours if I’m back!

Great place for vegans! - Edit
Loved how many vegan options they have, and clearly marked! Really good place to try ponzeretti. I had 2 of them and sundried tomato fritters and enjoyed it. Definitely a bit heavy - the quantity I had was enough to constitute a dinner. I think you shouldn't miss out on this place if you're vegan & in Bari :)

The place to try panzerotti in Puglia. So many vegan options! - Edit
I was so shocked to find this panzerotti shop in the heart of Bari vecchia, that has a full vegan menu and was not on Happy Cow! They have so many different vegan cheese and meat options and different types of doughs that the combinations are endless. We had 2 originals (5 euro), with vegan mozzarella and pomodoro sauce, which was really delicious. He also had gotten some fresh truffles so the chef made us a special panzerotti with vegan spreadable cheese, walnuts, mushrooms and truffles, it was incredible! Although it's deep fried the panzerotti was super digestible and you can easily eat 3 :)
