Good fresh vegan pasta bowls, friendly and relaxed - Edit
Panzamorena is probably one of the best options for vegans in Córdoba (a town that not especially vegan-friendly). There are several combinations of pastas and sauces that are plant-based (which are labeled on the menu), so you have about six choices. The pasta and other ingredients are fresh and well-prepared — simple in a good way. Service is warm, accommodating, and relaxed (not rushed like some other places near the town center), so it’s an all-around pleasant experience.

This is a small, friendly, unpretentious and delightful family business. They are vegetarian and vegan friendly.
Read moreWe had their menu (main dish plus a drink and dessert): spinach fettucine with "vegan pad thai" sauce (it's not pad thai at all, but it contains roasted red and yellow bell peppers, peanuts, sesame seeds in a light and non-spicy dressing, their home-made drinks (good but too sweet), and freshly baked vegan chocolate chip cookies.
Simple but delicious and fully vegan meal.
Pros: family business, good relaxed ambiance, delicious vegan options
Cons: only 1 choice of delicious vegan dessert

Nice home-made pasta (stuffed or tagliatelle) in different tastes. Clear veg and vegan options which were very tasty ( vegan pad thai recommended). Also vegan biscuits which are a treat.

Lovely little organic pasta shop with a small seating area. There were 3 different types of pasta that are vegan and 3 different basic vegan pasta sauces - simple but delicious and fresh.
