The bread is naturally fermented yeast, so it has a lot of tang like sour dough. It was so good. They baked my two pastries for me and I immediately said delicious in Japanese. They were appreciate you trying and I chatted with who seemed to be the owner. He asked me about my travels. Highly recommend!

What a great little bakery. They said 30% of what they make is vegan and that's 15 different vegan breads. About 8 were available when I went in. I recommend anything! The breads I had were とっても美味しかった。The vegan items were labeled with a darker colored sign with a Vegan symbol.

There is a small table if you want to eat in. There is a mix of sweet breads, scones and some regular breads. And a carrot cake 🥕 when I went in.

Delicious Cinnamon Buns! - Edit
I ended up at this wonderful bakery because I was in akihabara and was hungry for something sweet. I had a cinnamon bun and a coffee on the spot, I then picked up a roll on recommendation. The baked goods were great quality and tasted delicious. The store is a small family-run bakery that makes its own bread and pastries. All vegan products are clearly labeled, the owner spoke of 40% vegan products. The owners were super friendly, helpful and welcoming and were interested in what I was doing in Japan and how I was finding it so far. They even gave me recommendations on where to eat vegan tonight. I can only recommend this place.

Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Deren Gebäck war super lecker es gibt auch oliven brot was auch sehr geschmeckt hat. Eine 10/10 in meinen Augen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
