Filling breakfast option in Llanberis - Edit
Pantri offers a vegan English breakfast, which I can recommend. NB: It actually includes vegan sausages, but I didn’t choose to take them, hence they’re not in the picture.

Chilly room, frosty service - Edit
Had an OK tomato and lentil soup. Arrive before 1130 for breakfast. Expect to pay extra for plant milk.

Glad we found you - Edit
Visited Llanberis to meet up with a friend for coffee only to find the two places we knew of both to be closed. Thankfully on asking a local they pointed us in the direction of the Pantri. We were very happy to find it open especially on such a cold day.
Read moreLovely atmosphere with the added festive touch.
Staff were friendly and attentive and spoke Welsh to us, which is always nice.
I had the Welsh breakfast which was delicious. Sadly they had ran out of spinach, but I was informed of this beforehand and offered an alternative. Portions were generous and as much as I wanted to finish my food I couldn't.
Lots of hot drink options too with plant milks available.
Will be back. Thank you.
Pros: Atmosphere , Vegan options, Service
Cons: Vegan cake options please

Nice ambience - Edit
This cafe has lots of space, some tasty looking savoury vegan options, and an incredible array of coffee
Read moresyrups.
They didn't have any vegan cake of dessert options.
And they had a hefty tax on cruelty free milk, 60p pretty drink, which is not great.
Pros: Ambience, Lots of space
Cons: No vegan cake, Tax on cruelty free milk

Vegan Breakfast and Lunch Options! - Edit
Popped into the bustling Pantri cafe for a vegan breakfast, and I had a pleasant visit. I really like the atmosphere in this little cafe that offers indoor and outdoor seating as the cafe was well kept and the staff were really lovely.
Read moreThere were a couple of vegetarian and vegan cooked breakfasts available, and I went for the Full Vegan. The food was really nice. However, I was disappointed to find the 'herby potatoes' were substituted for unseasoned chips without even being informed about this change. I had an Iced Oat Latte to drink, which was lovely, and I would have had vegan cake if there were any available in their cakes display.
Pantri may be the only place on Llanberis High Street that serves a cooked vegan breakfast, and it is, therefore, a great option for vegans who are looking for that. However, I would say there are better breakfast options for vegans in the wider North wales area if you are willing to travel a little further!
Pros: Good Location, Nice Staff, Welsh Language Service Available , Vegan Options Labelled

Good breakfast - Edit
I stopped off for a full vegan breakfast before my day of touristing. Every café has its own twist on what should be in a vegan breakfast. Pantri's twist is wilted spinach!

Nice - Edit
Few vegan lunch options, we tried 2 of them and they were very nice. They also serve oat and soya alternatives for hot drinks. They didn't have any vegan cakes though.

Needs more imagination. - Edit
We popped in for lunch and received a friendly welcome.
Read moreIt was great to hear Welsh being spoken. We don't get to hear it much.
The lunch menu has two vegan options. We had the pepper, red pesto and onion panini with a large pot of tea.
Whilst tasty, it was unimaginative. What about vegan Welsh rarebit for example? I'd smash that. 😉
Pros: The food was very tasty., Welsh language spoken., Free WiFi.
Cons: Not many vegan options on the lunch menu., A little noisy at times., Toilet is outdide.

Delicious Vegan Options - Edit
Pantri is a lovely cafe with a few really yummy vegan options. I tried the garlic mushrooms on toast, served with hummus and a balsamic glaze (I think) and the vegan breakfast. Both were delicious and nicely presented. The staff are friendly and helpful and the cafe decor is really nice. The only other thing I could wish for is that it could be open for dinner too!
