One of several locations that serves popiah (run bing) in various vegan and vegetarian flavors. No indoor seating, but there are two small benches right outside the order window where customers can enjoy a handheld meal. All of the popiah flavors are vegan except the two that have cheese in the name. Also has some sides and beverages that are all vegan. Open Mon-Sun 10:30am-6:30pm.

Unusual but great - Edit
Not sure I have ever had something quite like Pan's Popiah before. A thin crepe filled with your choice of filling (I went for veggies and mushrooms but they also had fake meat) with crunchy sprinkles that had a sweet taste but was still a savoury dish. Really filling and delicious, though I would have preferred it less sweet.
Read moreThere are benches on the street so we sat there to eat the popiah.
We planned to have the popiah as a snack but it was so filling, we didn't need dinner later.
This is walking distance from Dihua Street, just around the corner. So that was handy as we didn't find anything we could identify as vegan to eat there.
We were in Taiwan travelling for 2.5 week sand this was the only popiah we came across in our travels. So do do try if you are in Taipei and visiting Dihua St.
Pros: filling, def worth trying, tasty

Delicious, fast, and cheap - Edit
I happened upon this little window while wandering around Dihua Street for pre-Lunar New Year shopping. The staff fills the crepe to the brim, and it's quite satisfying. You can also let them know if you want to spice things up a bit (mild 小辣, medium 中辣, or hot 大辣) and if you want the usual popiah sugar content, half, or none. (It's not super sweet to begin with, but just in case you're watching your sugar intake...) You can also make your popiah a combo, of which they have various options and price points, depending on the drink you want, and whether you also want any sides. So far, I've only tried their crispy ribs and original flavors, and both hit the spot. I'd like to come back and try their other popiah flavors, as well as their mushroom or savory taro congee on a cold day.
