Panos is a decent option if you’re looking for a quick bite at the train station. I was actually really excited to go back because I had previously tried a custom made baguette at another branch with vegan mayonnaise and fresh vegetables, which I absolutely loved. Unfortunately, that option wasn’t available at this location.
Read moreInstead, I went for the falafel–mango chutney panini. I had seen this listed at other Panos locations before, but it was never actually available to order, so this time I was happy to finally try it. Overall, it was quite good - the baguette itself was surprisingly tasty, and flavor-wise it definitely works quite well. The panini is served warm, which makes it even better, and it’s surprisingly filling - perfect if you need something quick but still satisfying while traveling.
Of course, it’s still a standard bakery chain and not something extraordinary, but for a quick, vegan-friendly snack on the go, it’s genuinely solid and better than expected.
