One vegan option

Pleased to see non-dairy milk for coffee but the vegan breakfast options were limited to a slice of bread with half avocado, half tomato. It was labeled as vegan on the menu. Very disappointing that there wasn't more available. The one option wasn't bad but probably not worth a return trip.
