Okay sandwich, overpriced - Edit
Heura sandwich for almost 9€. I just had it after some hours in my bag and the vegetables tasted a little funky but the heura was good

Good option if you do not want a salad - Edit
In this terminal of Madrid you can find very few vegan options, the other one is at Breadway (vegan salad which I added to Happycow) but if you are sick of boring salads you can go there and order either their vegan empanada or their vegan sandwich (or both :P)
