One good veg option, handy

There was one vegan sandwich when I went, it was basic enough but they actually made really good use of olive oil, salt, and garlic and it actually tasted really good. Just gave it 3 stars for lack of variety

Options vegane

Il y a peu d'options dans le coin mais celle ci est plutôt bonne. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon sandwich, simple avec seulement des légumes grilles et de la salade mais la foccaccia était très bonne.

Simple and quick sandwiches

This is a small paninoteca, closed to Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Garden. The super kind staff is well aware of what vegan means and despite the choice of vegan ingredients is not so wide they prepared me a simple but nice sandwich. I chose tomatoes, rocket, grilled aubergines and black olives cream. They were so lovely to check the content of the olives cream to ensure it was suitable for me, without need to ask! Basically there is a list of the ingredients and you can compose your own sandwich.

Pros: Lovely staff, Close to Palazzo Pitti, Quick and simple food

Cons: A little vegan choice

Parfait!

3 recettes de panini vegan et 3 autres végétariens. J'ai donc testé un vegan et il était super bon! Vraiment parfait, étant originaire d'une région française très... anti-vegan (:D) je n'avais encore jamais eu le plaisir de goûter un vrai bon sandwich vegan. L'accueil a été très sympa, le chef à l'écoute on peut même composer son propre panini avec les ingrédients que l'on veut. Le plus : hyper pas cher! 3.5€ un très bon sandwich rempli de bonnes choses tout ça dans la bonne humeur au plein coeur de Florence, rien à dire!
