Die nette Verkäuferin im Laden konnte mich wunderbar beraten, was die veganen Optionen sind (nicht gelabelt) und die Auswahl war sehr groß. Ich habe mich für ein Panino mit Zucchini, Pilzen, karamellisierten Zwiebeln und scharfer Soße entschieden und es hat fantastisch geschmeckt.

People were friendly and understood veganism. 3 veggies/toppings are included in the panini which costs 7.50 eur. They have 4 different kinds of bread for you to choose from. I chose peperoni salsa as a base.

Get a Vegan No oil Panini on whole grain bread - Edit
We told them that we are vegan. They have a Vegetarian option on their menu. We ask for vegan and no oil on whole-grain bread. All of which they were able to accommodate us with.

You can choose your bread, 3 fillings and one sauce and they knew what the vegan options were and I had 2 sauce options and lots of filling options. The food was lovely and fresh and delicious

Best vegan panino we had in 3 weeks in Italy - Edit
Wow! Combine incredible fresh bread (including 2 rye options) an incredible selection of grilled and marinated vegetables and spreads, super-generous/large serves and kind, patient staff and you get an amazing sandwich. Far and away the best vegan panini we had across Italy.
