bad experience - long ago - Edit
it's been years since I've eaten at panera but there was ham in my salad, plain supposed to ham-less salad, and the guy made a big deal about it acting like i was trying to get free food. won't go back, ever.
Pros: good location, coffee
Cons: cross contamination , limited vegan options
