Coast-to-coast consistency

I love Panera especially on road trips as I know they will have something vegan.
They have a link on their website for all of their vegan food offerings:
https://www.panerabread.com/en-us/articles/eating-vegan.html
Their menu changes from time to time, but currently they offer a Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Be sure to order it with no feta, on one of their vegan breads, and tell them it's for a dairy allergy (whether you have a dairy allergy or not) otherwise they may not notice if a few errant pieces of feta get mixed in. And be sure to look inside your sandwich before carrying it away, to make sure they got it right. They will happily remake your sandwich if there is anything wrong with it. I am not a huge raw onion fan so I order with "no onion" as well.
There is also a baja grain bowl, a Mediterranean bowl, a Ten Vegetable soup, and they've had a soba noodle bowl with edamame blend - all are vegan or can easily be made vegan. They also have oatmeal, bagels and fruit.
Their coffees/teas can be made with almond milk - they will charge 50 cents extra but at least that's slightly better than Starbucks which charges 60 cents extra.
Panera's online ordering menu is awesome because you can easily customize a meal to make it vegan, and also write special instructions in the notes. You can also place your order & pay online, then just pull up to the pickup door, grab your order from the shelf and go. Or dine-in and enjoy the many seating options. There is usually a fireplace which adds a very nice ambiance even if you are not able to sit right by it. Well it sounds like I am a spokesperson for Panera but I assure you they pay me nothing. I just appreciate what they offer for vegan customers. Except the closest thing to a vegan sweet at the bakery counter is the blueberry bagel or cranberry walnut bagel. Hopefully they will get vegan cakes/cookies/pastries at some point.
