Serves meat, vegan options available. Vegans say no mayonaise if ordering sushi: ask for the avocado sushi, maki with peppers, or maki with cucumber tomatoes and sesame seeds. Or you can get udon noodles with veggies in a wok - just be sure to specify vegan. Miso soup and soya sauce are vegan. Open Mon-Fri 15:00-23:00, Sat 12:00-23:00. Sunday closed

Bland, dry for vegans - Edit
They have vegan sushi and vegetarian options, but it is super simple, boring and not tasty.
Read moreNo juicy, tasty options for veganes and quite expensive.

Beautiful beautiful food. - Edit
We ordered the vegetarian platter, which they were able to do vegan by taking out to cream cheese and mayo. They didn’t have great English but really tried to be helpful with vegan diets etc

Good Japanese place for sushi and noodles - Edit
They have a few vegetarian options for sushi and noodles but not that many.
Read moreEven though the staff don’t speak English too well, they do know about veganism so always specify vegan when you order.
Most sushi comes with mayonaise and cream cheese so always ask the staff to leave those out when ordering.
The udon noodles with veggies and terrifying sauce wasn’t anything special and the veggie sushi rolls are okay.
The prices is still reasonable for the amount that you get.
Pros: Helpful staff and knowledgable about veganism, Decent portion size
Cons: Not enough vegan options

Okayish vegetarian sushi options - Edit
Had a sushi plate for 2. It was fine, but there are definitely better vegan and vegetarian options in Zadar.

Poor service and very limited vegan options - Edit
Poor service. Limited vegan options: 1 option of stir fry noodles, 3 choices of vegan sushi (2 of 8 pieces and 1 of 37 pieces) and 1 option of spring rolls (not sure if it was vegan or vegetarian). Their miso soup contains FISH. No flexibility when it comes to veganizing some of their food options. English-speaking staff but not efficient. It honestly looked like they did not have a clue about what they were doing, though they at least can inform if the dish contains animal products or not.
Read moreI went for 8 pieces of veggie maki that had avocado, tomato and cucumber. It was good but again pretty basic.
Unfortunately I would not come back.

Good food and big portions - Edit
We had a miso soup, udon noodles with vegetables and teriyaki sauce, and Vege Maki. The food was good and the portions were quite big. The waiter was polite and serviceable. Prices were quite reasonable. One of the few restaurants in Zadar that has vegan options.

It's super tasty!! - Edit
It's a really good restaurant. (good kitchen, good service) We got the udon noodles with teriyaki sauce and sushi. We loved it and we're thinking about coming back in the next few days.

Tasty - Edit
It is great for the town like Zadar (that has no many vegan options) to have sushi restaurant with vegan offer. I had noodles with vegetables and avocado maki which was really good. The place is cute but nothing special. The staff is weird, if you offer for takaway, some women answers the phone and she does not speak English fluently, nor Croatian language at all. So you have to be careful with your order! 😃

Vegan Sushi - Edit
Zadar does not have much to offers to vegans so we were happy once we realised there is a sushi place that offers 4 different types of sushi maki, udon noodles with veggies in a wok(not gluten free), vegan soya sauce (not gluten free and they don’t have tamari) and miso soup. Vegan is not clearly marked so you have to study the menu and ask the staff for allergens, dairy and fish ingredients just to be sure that what you are ordering is truly vegan. They have take away as well.
Read morePros: Friendly staff, Few vegan options
Cons: Vegan not clearly marked, You need to figure out what is vegan on the menu
