All Korean dishes come with complimentary access to Kim Chi bar (temporarily closed due to Covid-19, Nov '21.). Chinese menu includes a dedicated vegetarian section, and Korean menu clearly lists which items can be made vegan. Chinese vegan dishes include vegetable deluxe, tofu Szechuan, tofu family and vegetable lo mein. Korean vegan dishes include bibimbap, jap chae (glass noodles), naeng myeon (buckwheat noodles) and spicy kimchi soup. Open Mon-Sat 12:00pm-2:30pm, 4:30pm-7:00pm. Closed Sun.

Authentic Korean food in Lincoln, NE! - Edit
My friends drove all the way from Iowa to get authentic Korean food here! The owners are super friendly and accommodating to vegans. We enjoyed chatting with them. The spicy tofu soup is so flavorful. Would definitely order it again. Sadly, the kim chi bar is currently closed due to covid, but they do bring you a plate of Korean appetizers.
