Vegan options, but very slow

I usually like Panda Express, but the service here was painfully slow.

What’s the point of ordering ahead with the app if they don’t make your food? I arrived after the app said the order would be ready. Nothing.

Three of us were waiting for pickup orders. I only had a single small bowl, yet it took an extra 25 minutes to make. I would have been much better off going through the drive thru. About 10 people came in after I did and were served ahead of me.

I do give one of the clerks credit for being friendly and offering me a drink for the long wait. On the other hand, I saw another server literally pull out her cell phone to look at while she was in the middle of scooping someone’s food.

The food was okay. I felt that the protein and veggie portions were smaller when compared to orders I’ve made at other Panda Express locations.

Considering the slow service and mediocre food, I can’t recommend this Panda Express.

Pros: Vegan options, reasonably priced

Cons: Very slow service, small portion sizes
