So they have a very good deal where you can pick 5 items from a 16 item list for about $11. I was very hungry so I ordered two bean tacos, two potato tacos, and chilaquiles. The chef brings the food to your table & I was blown away when he handed me two huge plates full of food. My first thought was there’s no way I can finish this, but you know I tried. I started with the chilaquiles which are a crispy tortilla chips drenched in a red sauce. I just have to say that the chilaquiles took me back to a time when I was a kid and my grandmother would cook for me. Fair warning these are very spicy and I would not recommend if you don’t already have a high spice tolerance. I devoured the chilaquiles and I was full to my own surprise. I came hungry but I didn’t come Panchos hungry. So I ended up taking my four huge tacos home and now I have a huge dinner waiting for me. This was my first time coming here because it’s a bit far but I plan and putting this place in my regular rotation of spots.

Sergio, the owner, came out and custom designed a breakfast without eggs cheese, and meat. We had corn tortillas filled with grilled vegetables and smothered with a red guajillo sauce. He also brought us black beans and garlic soup. Custom fresh sauces filled the table.

The owner is really working on his vegan cuisine and is looking for feedback. His food has wonderful flavor and I had him make me whatever he wanted. You could feel the love made into his food. Amazing little hole in the wall that will become a family staple for us for sure! Great little place to go if you have non vegan friends so they can get whatever they want as well..
