A good alternative to Chipotle - Edit
Pancheros is set up exactly like Chipotle with similar options. I like Panchero's vegan tofu option better than Chipotle. They also offer jalapeño to top with.

It's the same type of restaurant and food style as Chipotle, but personally I enjoy Pancheros a bit better, especially when it comes to their tofu!
Read moreTheir Tofusada is SO GOOD! In my opinion, not many restaurants do tofu that well--especially restaurants that aren't solely vegetarian/vegan. But Pancheros does it right!
I prefer their tofu over Chipotle's for SURE.
Like Chipotle, they do serve meat and dairy items, but it's super easy to get a vegetarian or vegan option.
I typically get a salad with Tofusada, beans, and all the veggies and salsas lol it's so good!
And if you're a person who eats dairy: their queso is AMAZING!!! it's DEFINITELY superior to Chipotle's queso imo, and it's just delicious without comparing it to anything.
There are several locations in Columbia, and I've never had one disappoint me yet!
