Pan Gabriel is not fully vegan as it does offer a few products with egg in it. Its main focus is gluten free. They use potato flour and starches and this combination produces baked sweets that are soft and fluffy (I never knew). I tried a mango passion fruit bread thing and a vanilla cake. They tasted good; not my favorite baked goods ever, but pretty decent for gluten-free stuff. One downside is that items are individually plastic wrapped (kinda like what I've seen in Taiwanese bakeries).
